Our emphasis on quality has provided us with steady growth since we started our business in 1984. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. Our personnel are experienced, alert, and cross-trained on all of our routes. The turnover of our personnel is minimal. Our operators take pride in their work and understand that "their sweeps" reflect the image of both our company and yours.

These uniformed professionals clean and clear all trash and debris on the parking lot area. The appropriate equipment will be utilized for each situation, and, when necessary, the technicians will manually clear and clean areas inaccessible to the power sweeper.

Our drivers use a checklist and are trained to spot problems on your property. The checklist is turned in with their daily reports. Any problem areas on customer properties are noted and the owner or property manager notified. Our philosophy is that we are the eyes for the property managers and owners, since we are regularly on the property, as well as there when management typically is not.
